1. Create a Request: Go to "My Account > My Orders" menu, select the order you want to return, and create a return request.
2. Pack It: Pack the product with its invoice in a way that preserves the original packaging. (Products with removed tags or used items cannot be returned).
3. Ship It: You can deliver your package to our contracted Aras Kargo branch using the code below. (Free of charge for domestic orders).

3️⃣ Refunds & Important Notes

💰 Refund Process: After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the checks (tags, usage status, etc.), the refund will be made to your bank within 2 business days. Depending on your bank's procedure, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
