At CSL Kids & Minipomes, your child's happiness is our priority. If you do not like the product you purchased or if the size does not fit, you can easily return it within the framework of your legal rights and our customer satisfaction principles.
1️⃣ Return & Exchange Rights
⚖️ 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You can return your order without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product has not been used.
🔄 In-Store Exchange (Great Advantage!): You can bring the products you bought online to our Minipomes store in Istanbul/Ümraniye to exchange sizes or choose a different product.
2️⃣ Return Steps (For Domestic Orders / Turkey)
- Create a Request: Go to "My Account > My Orders" menu, select the order you want to return, and create a return request.
- Pack It: Pack the product with its invoice in a way that preserves the original packaging. (Products with removed tags or used items cannot be returned).
- Ship It: You can deliver your package to our contracted Aras Kargo branch using the code below. (Free of charge for domestic orders).

🌍 Important Policy for International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Turkey, different return conditions apply:
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fees paid at the time of order are not refundable. Only the full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded.
- Return Costs: All return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the sender (customer). CSL Kids does not cover these costs.
- Customs Process: Please ensure the package is marked as "Return Goods" to avoid double taxation, though final customs decisions depend on the destination country's regulations.
3️⃣ Refunds & Important Notes
💰 Refund Process: After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the checks (tags, usage status, etc.), the refund will be made to your bank within 2 business days. Depending on your bank's procedure, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Hygiene Rules: Due to hygiene regulations; returns and exchanges are not accepted for underwear, swimwear/bikinis (if the protection band is removed), and opened baby hygiene products.
